Matthew Tobey is an internal medicine physician who works in primary care and inpatient care in Rosebud, South Dakota. He founded and directs the rural initiatives in the Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Medicine, including the MGH Fellowship Program in Rural Health Leadership, as well as partnerships with the Indian Health Service and the Sicangu Oyate.
